I have moved, do I need to tell BCM?

Yes, you are required to notify BCM if you have moved. It is important to keep your personal information up-to-date with BCM to ensure that the platform can comply with laws and regulations and to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

If you have moved, you must update your personal information with BCM to ensure your account is correct and up to date. You can do this by sending an e-mail to support@bcmtoday.com with your new address. As an attachment to this mail, you should also include a proof of address. This document may not be older than three months. This document can also be digital, for example you can upload an invoice from your energy supplier or a bank statement as a pdf.
