To deposit crypto at BCM, you need a wallet address. The steps below explain where to find this address.

Step 1.

Click the transaction button, in the middle of the menu.

Step 2.

Click Receive.

Step 3.

Indicate which cryptocurrency you wish to receive. In this example, Bitcoin was chosen.

In the box is an address, this is your receipt address. If you want to send crypto from another exchange to your account on BCM, you must enter this address as your receipt address.

Check carefully that all the data is correct. Don't manually type the address and check if the copy and paste was done correctly. If you enter a wrong address it is not always possible to recover your crypto!

Also make sure the correct network, in this case Bitcoin, is displayed when you start sending.
