To verify an external personal wallet, you need to send us an email proving that the external wallet actually belongs to you. Below you can read what we need from you and how to get it. In the example we show you how to verify a MetaMask, the steps are the same for other wallets.

First, you need to go to your MetaMask dashboard and take a picture of your screen showing your MetaMask [your address], including a handwritten bill with today's date and our name BCM. Below is an example:

As you can see, there are three elements that need to be visible: your wallet address (1), today's date on a handwritten bill (2) and our name (3). In addition, you also need to share your wallet address with us in text form so that our Compliance department can see your trading history on the blockchain via the explorer. To verify your wallet, you need to email the image and your wallet address in text form to support@bcmtoday.com.
